Processing time

As all products are handmade to order we need some time to prepare an order for shipping. We do not want to harry when we are making something unique and qualitive only for you!

Specifically we need for:

  • Wedding sandals 8-15 business days (depends on the season - amount of orders)
  • Sandals 3-10 business days (depends on the season - amount of orders)
  • Jewelry 2-5 business days
  • Belts and wallets 2-5 business days
  • Sorena bags 1-2 business days

After your order is ready we send it to you through DHL express (expedited shipping).

Everywhere Else: 8-15 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Orders are not insured. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please let us know and we will inform you about the additional cost.

 

Returns & Exchanges (applies to products excluding bridal shoes)

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

  • Return items within: 14 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase, provided that your order has not already been shipped.


Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings)

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Belts


Bridal Shoe Collection — Returns & Exchanges Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for all of our bridal shoes.

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for bridal shoes that have no sewn-on decorative elements.

The following bridal shoe designs are eligible for return/exchange:
Fairy, Honeymoon, Simply Chic, Ivy, Ivette, Celine, Isabella, Abigail, Serenity, Audrey, Mon Cheri.

If you’re unable to visit us for an in-person fitting and you’re not sure which size to choose, please email us so we can guide you and help you find the best option.

In-store fittings (by appointment)

Fittings for all shoe styles are available at our studio by appointment.
To book your appointment, you can call us Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00, or book easily through our website under Book an Appointment.

 

Conditions of return

We accept returns and provide a refund, minus original shipping fees. In case of return for Free Shipping items you will be charged the shipping fees we paid to ship your order. In case of exchange for Free Shipping items you will be charged the fees for sending the new item. International orders will be charged 26€, orders in EU will be charged 19€ and domestic orders will be charged 5€.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please send back with a tracking number for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Buyers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
